Our solutions prioritize being intuitive and robust over complexity.  We seek to deliver products that require minimal training for a user already conversant in the area subject matter.  How?  By investing in great design and distilling elaborate processes to the critical core.  Take a look at the solutions we’ve already built.  These can all be further customized to meet your needs when necessary.

General Service Order Tracking

VisualPoint offers a robust service order tracking system, Caseroute, that provides end users with a clear picture of their most important work items. Caseroute provides a powerful overview of performance at the team and individual level as measured against defined service level targets.

Cellular/Wireless Order Management

Managing and tracking the acquisition, configuration, and fulfillment of wireless devices - like smartphones and tablets - at the enterprise level is a challenge that Excel spreadsheets or Access databases cannot adequately meet.  SORTS provides real time status of all orders and easily highlights those at risk of falling behind established service level standards.  SORTS inventory component allows for rapid delivery of reports on device ownership based on virtually any criteria captured in the system.  This facilitates meeting data calls that often arise from internal audits, OIG inquiries, or optimization efforts.

Telecommunications & VoIP Order Management

Our solutions for tracking both traditional and VoIP device deployments are proven at the enterprise level.  We interface with the major telecommunication service providers (Verizon and AT&T) to track full order lifecycle.  Our solution intuitively augments the existing ordering systems of the major providers to allow for approved order submitters to place orders and have them fulfilled by trained telecommunications order processors.

Facility Services Order Management

Facilities-related service order management is another example of an industry specific solution built on top of our core order management engine.  The result is a system that tracks everything required to manage enterprise, multi-facility facility service requests.  As with all of our systems, pre-defined Service Level Targets are established allowing all work items to be tracked and measured against expectations.

Human Resources Request Tracking

Human resource request tracking and management is a vital component of any organization.  Our specialized request tracking system module for human resources professionals allows for the capture of request-type specific data.  For example, if an inquiry is related to job fulfillment, the user would be prompted to input the position description.  Each service order type has an associated Service Level Target defined which allows managers to easily identify and address requests that have run beyond established standards.  Our visual indicators and automated notification system completely prevent any request from falling through the cracks.  The result are happy customers that have their requests addressed in a timely fashion and staff who are confident their work is properly prioritized.

Cloud Migration Mapping

In addition to our offerings within the realm of 'Order Tracking' we also offer a Cloud Migration Mapping tool.  A critical aspect in any large-scale cloud migration is ensuring the source environment is clearly documented.  This includes the mapping from applications to servers, which often takes the form of a ‘many-to-many’ relationship, meaning that:

·      One application may reside on many servers, and
·      One server may be home to many applications.

This type of relationship is not easily tracked in spreadsheets.  To address this challenge we developed a system that allows for tracking of the server-application mapping as well as all the normal attributes of both; IP addresses, CPU, Memory, etc.  Once the target environment is documented, the target servers are then defined, and the relationships from the application to target servers are defined.  The result is a much clearer picture of the pre- and post-migration environments, and therefore a more seamless, organized cloud migration.
