VisualPoint has been serving federal and state government agencies since 1998. We are dedicated to providing innovative software solutions and related services that allow our clients to effectively execute their agency’s mission. Here are just a few highlight from the past 10 years.

2009, The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture brings VisualPoint onboard to run and support its Telecommunications Customer Service Center (TCSC) and Service Order Reporting and Tracking System (SORTS).

2008, VisualPoint works with USAID and the U.S. Dept. of State to design and build the Global Development Commons (GDC) portal used by USAID and NGOs the world over.

2007, VisualPoint lends its technical expertise to the National Passport Information Center (NPIC) in support of their ongoing efforts to improve their systems infrastructure.

2005, VisualPoint assists the U.S Dept. of Agriculture to modernize numerous IT systems, including order tracking, purchase order processing, and asset management.

2004, VisualPoint is recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration as an 8(a) firm.

2003, VisualPoint delivers a hand-held version of its e-advocacy tools to the One Sweet Whirled campaign, a global initiative to fight global warming.
